As part of H.E.A.R.'s continuing efforts to educate the public
to the dangers of hearing loss and tinnitus, we setup the
H.E.A.R. Auction™ in 1999 on Ebay. The auction raises
funds and celebrates music and musicians while promoting the
value of protecting your most important musical instrument is
your ears.
H.E.A.R. Auction™ auctions feature fine music products, established
recording artists, and rising stars' memorabilia, artwork,
cars, other., .Some of H.E.A.R. Auction™ participants
and partners include TEC Awards Music and Sound Auction, Gibson Guitar, Zildjian, Shure, Etymotic Research,
Aearosmith, Millennium Media, Future Sonics, Sonic Youth, Lars Ulrich of
Metallica, and Les Claypool of Primus.
Individuals and companies are invited to donate goods and
services, in addition, you will receive logo sponsorship recognition
and a link on the H.E.A.R. Auction™ web site.
All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed
by law. The sales from H.E.A.R. Auction™ will go to help
H.E.A.R. Increase public awareness of the importance of hearing
health and tinnitus prevention worldwide. H.E.A.R.'s two-fold
mission is the prevention of hearing loss and tinnitus through
education about the dangers of over-amplified music and noise
while counseling those already afflicted with such loss.
